A Personal Journey
& Our Company Mission

Most stories have a superhero and a villain. Unfortunately, on too many occasions, the villain is the conventional school system.

At Gratnells, we recognise that the narrative of education often features this recurring antagonist. Too frequently, it stifles creativity and fails to nurture the diverse needs of every child, particularly those who are neurodivergent.

As a parent, I have witnessed this first hand, and it drives my passion for change.

Every child has the potential to be a superhero, possessing unique talents and abilities that, when nurtured, can lead to incredible achievements. If we are to unlock this potential, it will require a collective effort from all of us. This is precisely why we established Planning Learning Spaces in Practice.

Our dedicated team is committed to enhancing learning environments through the exchange of innovative ideas and collaborative discussions. Our mission is clear: to empower educators to embrace the uniqueness of each student, fostering spaces that inspire and engage.

We believe in the transformative power of education. By creating environments that celebrate individuality, we can help every child unleash their inner superhero and shine. Together, let us commit to this vital mission, empowering every child to embrace their unique strengths and become the heroes of their own stories.
